Teach a man to fish – The old saying teach a man to fish and he’ll never go hungry. I first started bartending years ago right outta school. I met a guy who had just graduated the college one night at a bar. He was opening his own brewery and needed bartenders, so I went down tried some beer and soon started working for him. About a year into the job, I asked to help him brew one night. Well, I was hooked right away. Flash forward a few years, his brewery is now closed (shut down when Covid came) and now I’m about to open my own Brewery. Been brewing and making my beer at home ever since and I’m ready to show the world what I can make.
