College Beer Buds — My buddy, Jose, and I have been buddies since college. We have our names on a plaque on the campus wall for drinking a beer every school day for a quarter (10 weeks) during our 2009 graduation year. Jose eventually moved to Australia (I stayed in the USA) and our hangouts became having pints over a video screen. Years after graduation, I was able to make his wedding there and was his best man. We made up for all the remote beer sessions the week I visited. A few months ago, Jose came to the USA to visit. Of course, we took the opportunity to catch up in person!
