Sharing a mutually favorite beer – We met at work. I became her boss. We hated each other. One Saturday during overtime, we were the first two at the bar afterward. We decided to share a drink when we discovered that we were both drinking Miller Lite. We became besties that day once we found that the reason we didn’t get along was my boss. We have been roommates for 16 years, and she’s like a big sister to me.
