Red Beers and Dad — Growing up, I recall my dad enjoying beer and tomato juice after working in the yard all day. I always thought that sounded horrible and wondered how he could drink that. Fast forward to a couple of years ago, after working in my yard all day with my dad strongly on my mind (he passed away in 2018), I decided to make myself a “red beer” in his memory. To my surprise, it was AMAZING! So refreshing on a hot day! Cheers to you, Dad!
