Beer makes us happy — I have been blessed with three amazing (step… I hate the whole “step-” thing) children and my hubby and I recently moved to East Texas to be near all of them. We bought 25 acres with a pond and our backlot line is the beautiful Sabine River! We have always been very close and I couldn’t love the kids more even if they were biologically mine! Now we all go down to the river most weekends, float the river, drink beer and just cherish the time we spend together. We have teenaged grandchildren too. They don’t drink but they are still part of the fun and memories! The beer just sort of brings the adults together and helps us mellow out after a crazy week.
